Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is a 2023 Indian Telugu-language epic action drama film written and directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur. The film stars Prabhas in the titular role, along with an ensemble supporting cast that includes Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy and Ramachandra Raju. The film’s core plot is inspired from Neel’s debut Kannada film Ugramm.Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire 2023 Movie Download.

The film was announced in December 2020, along with the title of the film. Principal photography commenced in January 2021 in Telangana later followed with a schedule in Hyderabad again followed by another schedule near the latter location and wrapped by early-December 2023. The film has music composed by Ravi Basrur, cinematography handled by Bhuvan Gowda and editing by Ujwal Kulkarni.

Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire was released worldwide on 22 December 2023 in standard and IMAX format. The sequel of the film titled Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryanga Parvam is in development.In the city of Khansaar, Raja Mannar plans to make his son Vardharaja Mannar as his successor, but Raja Mannar’s ministers and advisors plan a coup d’état to kill them by hiring armies from Russia and Serbia to attack Vardharaja and Khansaar. Vardharaja manages to escape from Khansar and meets his childhood friend Deva, who learns about this and sets out to make Vardharaja as the undisputed successor of Khansaar.[5]In mid August 2020, it was reported that Prabhas had approached Prashanth Neel to direct his next film after watching Neel’s debut film Ugramm (2014). The film was reported to begin production in 2022, as both were busy with the commitments at the time; the former was filming for Radhe Shyam (2022) and Adipurush (2023), and the latter was filming for KGF: Chapter 2 (2022).[6] In late November, Neel was reported to begin production for his next directorial ventures either with N. T. Rama Rao Jr. or Prabhas soon.[7] On 2 December, however, Hombale Films announced that Neel would collaborate with Prabhas for his next directorial venture, titled Salaar.
