StoryLine:

Praveen Michael (Kunchacko Boban) rejoins the police force in a new station as a CPO (civil police officer). A local political goon, who is related to woman Police officer CPO Sunitha (Nimisha Sajayan), is summoned for being a constant trouble-maker. Praveen and his senior officer (Asst Sub Inspector) ASI Maniyan (Joju George) get into a scuffle with the goon and lock him up in the cell. By series of events, the three Police officers get accused of the murder of one of the goon’s accomplice. When political pressure mounts on Police to frame the three police officers, they go on the run lead by Maniyan. They run off to Munnar and stays with an old acquaints of Maniyan.

The chief minister himself gets involved in the matter due to an impending by election where the support of Dalit organization is inevitable for victory. A squad of senior police officers are sent in pursuit of the fugitives. They manage to locate the runaways, but can not launch an assault due to the strategic location of their hiding place. Back in the city, Police decides to stage a drama with the blessing of the chief minister. They announce that all three police officers are arrested and parades dummies with face covered.

When the squad finally makes the move, Maniyan is found hanging dead in a tree with a suicide video note in his mobile phone. The squad is in trouble nevertheless they arrests Praveen and Sunitha and brings them back along with Maniyan’s body.

Police officers stage Maniyan’s suicide in the police custody and compels the other two to give corroborating statements which makes Maniyan responsible for the death of the Dalit youth. Praveen and Sunitha deny this. The film ends as the duo are taken to the court in Police vehicle when the voting is going on.
