StoryLine:

The kingdom that floats above in the sky, that uses free doodles as an energy source, “Rakuga Kingdom.” However, now in the face of a lack of energy, they are on the brink of ruin. In order to force the creation of doodles, the kingdom’s army begins its attack on Kasukabe on the surface! When Shin-chan ultimately gets his hands on the Miracle Crayon, he doesn’t really understand its power as well as his role as a hero, and proceeds to use it in careless and irresponsible ways — which was how he ends up with an unlikely bunch: a self-obsessed pig, a madly in-love girl, and a dirty pair of underpants (don’t ask). However, with this rag-tag bunch, he does manage to save the day — with help from his friends old and new.
