The Engineer

The Engineer is a 2023 action thriller film directed by Danny Abeckaser and starring Emile Hirsch, Tzahi Halevi, and Adam Haloon. The film opens with a suicide bombing in a crowded marketplace in Tel Aviv. The bomber is a young woman who has been brainwashed by Ayyash. The film culminates in a showdown between the Mossad team and Ayyash. The team is able to kill Ayyash, but at a great cost. Etan is seriously injured, and several other members of the team are killed.The Engineer is a well-made and suspenseful film that tells a powerful story. The film does not shy away from the violence of the conflict, but it also shows the human cost of terrorism.
