The film was released on 25 October 2022 coinciding with Diwali.[8]The story revolves around an egoistic real estate broker in huge debts, who meets with an accident. As he gains consciousness, he realises that he is in heaven. Chitragupta appears in front of him and informs him that he will have to play a “Game Of Life”. If he manages to win, he will be sent back to earth and if he loses, he will be sent to hell. [9]The official announcement of the film was made on 7 January 2021.[13] The principal photography began in Mumbai on 21 January 2021.[14][15][16] The film was wrapped up on 11 January 2022.[17]The songs are composed by Tanishk Bagchi, Rochak Kohli and Chamath Sangeeth. The lyrics are written by Manoj Muntashir, Rashmi Virag, Sameer, Dulan ARX and Mellow D. The film score is composed by Amar Mohile.[18]The first song “Manike” has a remake version of “Manike Mage Hithe”, sung by the same singer Yohani.
